Last night when I got home I made yet another simple meal, Chili + Veggies = DELISH! and as always I had to have my fave dessert ( I stocked up and brought 8 more last night)
I really do not like to spend too much time in the kitchen on weeknight so I save the actual "cooking" for the weekend =)
I finished my evening with some "Namaste Yoga"; if you guys have the Fitness Channel, you should try it out some time. "Namaste Yoga" and "Inhale Yoga" (Oxygen Channel) are my faves to DVR
This morning I woke up Dark and Early HA and did Jillian's Boost your Metabolism DVD and MY LORD the woman is a killer. I think my neighbors heard the phrase "you bitch" quite a few times lol BUT like she says if you want to see results, YOU have to work for it! AND GUESS WHAT?!?!?! I AM DOWN 1lb! slow and steady wins the race, right?
Today for bfast I had grapes, a 100 calorie WW bagel with RF cream cheese and as usual my coffee with ff milk and splenda
Just to keep you guys updated; still no reply for the ex bf. I guess he got the point that I did not want to engage in convo since my tm back to him was very short.
We all know that Music is a VERY important when it comes to working out so I wanted to tell you guys about Adele 1988. It is an amazing collaberation of Adele's "19" CD remixed with 80's Hip Hop. It is a Mick Boogie creation and it is great =)
