Last night I spent the evening watching a Nora Roberts Movie on lifetime (don't judge me lol) while I consumed FOUR mini 94 percent ff popcorn bags! thank god they are each just 1 WW point lol....
For dinner I made TJ's Flame broiled turkey meatballs with ww pasta, marinara, and grated rf parm...The turkey meatballs were not that great...I am not sure if I needed to cook them longer but they just tasted funky in the inside so I tossed them out and just ate the pasta. I don't get it though because I followed the instructions correctly. I think next time I will cook them on the stove top and shred it into the sauce. How do you guys cook them??? For dessert I had an orange cooked in licbinb and splenda,topped with a sprinkle of granola and dannon ff activia
For lunch ayer, I had 100 calorie WW bagel with 2 egg whites and Light I cant believe it's not butter (from now on licbinb) and side of strawberries and one more protein cookie.
I barely worked out ayer; I was so tired and had to stop 30 minutes into it and barely burned 100 calories...for some reason I was just really exhausted
This morning I slept in and skipped my workout...bfast is strawberries, grapes, kashi granola, and dannon ff activia mixed together and my usual coffee
I am going to try to go for a walk during my lunch break...I need to do some sort of activity today. Do y'all ever feel drained for no reason?
