For dinner ayer, we went to subways which was great not because of the food BUT b/c they had wifi somewhere near by and I was able to download some tunes while I chowed down on my sandwich . I ate a whole wheat sub (inside scooped out) with lettuce, tomatoes, sweet peppers, 2 cheese triangles, and sweet onion dressing
Oh I also ate 3 more Marzipans while I was driving around with my family. Picture not shown since I was driving lol (safety first). They enjoyed them too =)
When I got home I did 15 mins of my own yoga routine which consisted of sun salutations, warrior poses, and some balance poses.
This morning I did Jillian 30 day shred level 3 and her kickboxing DVD; total 55 minutes including stretch: burned 504 calories
For bfast I am eating grapes, with 100 calorie ww bagel with reduced fat cream cheese and my usual coffee
WEIGH IN RESULTS: I am down 2.6 from last week but remember I gained 1lb last week, so officially I am down 1.6 =) I'll take it hahahaha
