I hope everyone had a nice Tuesday =)..mine was pretty nice...I went for walk in the park during my lunch break which is always nice..next time I go I might take some bread for the geese in the pond...they eat bread right? lol AND I burned 272 calories woohoo lol...after work I went to Sports store and got a really great bra and the best part was that it was on sale on Champion.com so I went online on my phone and asked the manager to price match it which he did! I am going back today to get another one lol. Then I met my sister and niece and we took lil lady to yoga =).
When I finally got home (8ish), I made Kashi oatmeal with strawberries and Kashi granola sprinkled on top
After that I decided to cook some brown rice and black beans for the rest of the week. AND then (and then lol) I did 20 mins of Yoga before bed (104 cals)
I burned over 900 cals ayer!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This morning I woke up and did Turbo Jam Cardio Party and Namaste Yoga; 1hr 406 calories
Bfast is tangerine, chopped strawberries, grapes, 1/4 cup of 1% cottage cheese, and 1/4 cup of Kashi Granola and my usual coffee
