GOOD MORNING! I am soooo happy because I actually got up this morning and WORKED OUT! and let me tell you, it was HAAAARD! this is what it looked like when I woke up (Yes I actually grabbed my camera and took a picture before my workout lol)

This morning I did Jillian's "No More Trouble Zone" DVD; 55 minutes, 389 calories and it FELT GREAT! I love when the sweat is just dripping off of me and I have to peel my clothes off lol. To me that is one of the best feelings EVER =)

For Bfast I had a 100 calorie WW bagel with reduced fat peanutbutter and chopped strawberries and coffee with ff milk and splenda

Today should be a fun day; after work I am going to my sisters house to see my sobrino (Jasper) and then I am taking my niece to her Yoga class. I wont be getting home until 8pm so I hope I am not too tired to squeeze in some Yoga.

Monday Round up:
Lunch: WW wrap with ham, provolone cheese, sundried tomatoes, lettuce and mayo basil pesto

Snack: I ate half the container of some more Honey nut cheerios =) . And YES that is tape on it lol, saving the rest for today.

Dinner: Brown rice with mixed veggies cooked in sesame teriyaki sauce and dannon ff activia:

WORKOUT 1: Circuit for 45 minutes and 5 minutes stretch; 446 calories. I love when I go to workout and not actually work because I am not interrupted every 5 minutes lol
WORKOUT 2: On the Edge Yoga Sunset: 25 minutes, 93 calories

  5. Oh my gosh, I love the idea of a bagel with PB & strawberries -- I always do banana, but that sounds good. I'm going to have to try it!

  6. it is sooooooo good! I sprinkle a packet of splenda on the strawberries and mix it around and then put it on the sandwich...sooooo good! lol
