This morning I woke up and barely made it out of bed =( I did 10 mins of kickboxing warm up, 20 mins Pilates, and 25 mins Yoga: 249 calories
For bfast I am having (still eating) 1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese with splenda and pumpkin spice, grapes, and coffee with ff milk and splenda

Last night after work I went to sports store to look for a really good bra for Yoga. I have been having a problem with my current bra; whenever I am in downward dog, my girls tend to play "peekaboo" lol. However I was really annoyed when I was in the store, I hate when people work there and basically know NOTHING or just don't want to help you. I needed help finding the perfect bra and when I asked the girl who was in that section for help, she looked at me like I had a penis coming out of my head! Honestly I think they should have people who are actually ACTIVE working there so they know what they are talking about instead of telling me "we don't have that". "You don't have a high cut sportsbra for yoga?"....OYE
After that fun experience, I went to my sister's house to see my sobrino (Jasper) and to pick up my niece for her yoga class.
While I was there, I grabbed a quick dinner: Hunan Shrimp loaded with veggies and 1/2 cup brown rice

When I finally got home last night, I did 20 mins of Yoga and just relaxed =)
