Just 10 more minutes....

I was sooooo tired this morning and kept hitting snooze until I noticed it was 7:50 am and I had to be at the gym at 9!!!!! I had just enough to get ready and bolt over here, thank god traffic is not so bad on Saturday mornings.


Last night I fell right into a box of pb puffins AGAIN...I had two bowls with ff milk and then felt guilty and did 10 min warmup with kettlebell and 25 mins of Yoga (184 calories)


ohhhh thanks "mansana" for the protein cookie recipe....it was delish! I ate it for bfast


I just did the circuit three times, abs, and stretch: 1 hr 489 calories
