More like myself...

I am feeling much better today; THANK GOD! Last night when I got home I did 30 day shred level 3 and burned 255 calories and then made dinner. I decided to give the TJ Turkey meatballs another chance but this time I defrosted them and cut them into tiny pieces and cooked them with onions and red peppers and it STILL SUCKED! I ended up tossing the whole bag and once again just ate ww pasta with marinara and grated rf parm lol

For dessert I had TJ's strawberry shortcake, sorry that it looks so funky but it fell apart when I put it in the bowl but it still tasted DELISH!
And I had another protein cookie =)
Before bed I decided to do 20 mins of Yoga stretches and burned 60 calories....
This morning I woke up and the sun was out! AND not because I overslept ha! Spring is finally here wooohoooo....I did "No more Trouble Zone" DVD and burned 353 calories.
Bfast 1 was one scoop of light Muscle Milk
And now I am eating my fave bfast! I really love this combination; grapes, strawberries, dannon ff activia, and kashi granola and my usual coffee
I hate when people get under my skin grrrrrrrrrrrr ( in the middle of an argument with sister via aim) grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr....

  1. Yay! Back to normal! Sorry about the meatballs- never had them. Next time you should return them as TJ's takes anything back. I hope my AIM works today!
