This morning I woke up with no oomph to workout lol..I just did 35 mins of kettlebell with 5 min stretch, 306 calories
Bfast 1 was light muscle milk (1 scoop)....and bfast 2 is kashi granola with strawberries, grapes, and dannon ff blueberry yogurt
should I just go alone to the class and stop being a baby lol?
