One day closer to the weekend!

Hey hey hey! (damn I sound like fat albert ha)

How is everyone doing? (is anyone out there???) (((((echo echo))))))

Ayer for lunch I had sauteed eggplant in marinara sauce with grilled shrimp and mayo basil pesto (sorry that I repeat so many meals)
Last night after work, I went to the gym and did the circuit for 35 mins and 5 mins stretch (328 cals)...I was so tired and barely finished but my goal was to burn a minimum of 300 calories.

After the gym I had to run to CVS which is always an experience... they have soooooo much Easter Candy! I wanted to get Robbin Eggs but I REALLY was trying to fight the urge lol, I would grab them and put them down, I am sure if they have a security camera they were all enjoying a good laugh at my expense =)

When I got home, I threw together a Morningstar "chicken patty", mixed veggies, JD bbq sauce, and reduced fat swiss cheese melted on top. I swear it tasted better than it looks lol and Yoplait

This morning when I woke up, I worked out with my bff "jil jil" yup her and I have it like that now lol....I did her "No more trouble zone" dvd and the sweat was dripping off of me, that ish is HARD! I burned 393 calories.

For breakfast I had grapes with 1 percent cottage cheese and coffee with ff milk and splenda
Hey do you guys read "carrotsncake"? She is doing a "31 days of Yoga challenge" which is such a good idea! I joined in and have been squeezing in at least 20 minutes of Yoga a day and my body is thanking me. Today I am planning to do "Inhale Yoga" on the Oxygen network.
