Sports Authority is MY "Cheers"

HEY!!!!!! I hope everyone had a happy hump day =) (no humping at my place HA)

Ayer I went to gym during my lunch break, I did the circuit for 35 mins which includes the walk there and back and 5 min stretch; 340 calories =)...

After work I met up with my sister at Sports Authority to get my second bra and I love the fact that mostly everyone knows me already lol...like the manager already knew why I was there and told the girl to over ride the price for me...AND not for nothing but the EYE CANDY in that place is soooo DELISH! another reason to shop there so often lol

I also went to Trader Joe's and FINALLY picked up PUFFINS! I can not wait to finally try them! It seems like they are a crowd pleaser on the blogs =) and I also picked up a can of the lentil veggie soup which I have been dying to try.

After that (busy day) we went to my mothers house and it was a walk down memory lane. My mom was cleaning up the closets and she found some of our old things which included my CRAZY KEY CHAIN COLLECTION! When I was in high school and I would take this to school , the security guards would make me open my backpack when they saw this in the machines because they thought it was a weapon! HA

AND she found my SEGA GENESIS!!!!! I was playing "Aladdin" last night lol

For dinner I had brown rice with Spanish style black beans with onions and peppers and1/2 a banana on the side

This morning I did "No More Trouble zone" DVD; 55 mins, 361 calories.
Bfast is apple, strawberries, grapes, 1/4 cup 1% cottage cheese, 1/4 cup Kashi Granola and my usual coffee
Question; Where are all they guy bloggers? do guys not blog about what they eat and workouts too??????

  1. I know just TWO guy bloggers: Matt from I blog what I eat and Geri from Sweets Eats. but I guess it's a female thing to analyze and obsess over food! guys are much more care-free that way...damn them.

  2. You are so right, not too many guys out there. The only ones I've read are the Peanut Butter Boy (who just posts PB recipes but they are great) and Matt, Kath's husband. They definitely don't get down to the same details as we do, haha.
