This morning I woke up and did "Boost your metabolism" DVD and burned 447 calories in 55 minutes =).
Last night I dragged my bum to the gym even though I was not feeling too well but I knew I had to burn some of the calories I consumed during the day (all that damn candy). I did the circuit for 35 minutes and 5 minute stretch and burned 311 calories.
Ohhh and I had a pineapple cup ayer in the afternoon too
Today will be a good day (I hope)...I am leaving work early to go shopping with my family...The friends and family sale starts today at Old Navy, Banana, and the Gap WOOOHOOOOOO
Btw that box of candy is in my car covered in masking tape, under the back seat! can you tell I have NO self control!
