Zumba is in my BLOOD!

I had like three titles for this blog
"Zumba is in my blood"
"Old people should not be allowed to drive" sorry it is not PC but it is true
"I lost 4.6 lbs! (kinda)"

Lol "Zumba is in my blood" WON! OMG I had such a great time! I felt like I was at a family party!!! She played some songs that I grew up with AND the BEST part was that my sister went with ME! I am sooooo proud of her b/c she definately held her own =). I burned 611 calories in 50 MINS! ( we arrived late because we got lost) but woah zumba is great...if you guys get a chance to check out, DO IT!...my sister was making fun of me because at the end of class we had to stretch and ya'll know I do yoga so my stretches are much deeper, so my sister was calling me a "show off" lol and then the teacher looked at me and was like "do you do yoga?" lol oops...but hey I need to feel the stretch so I have to go "deep". When I got home I did 20 more minutes of Yoga stretches and burned an additional 68 calories



Now to why SOME old people should not drive...some lady almost crashed into my car this morning because she was trying to make a turn and did not see me; MIND YOU we were at a stop light for like 1 minute so it was not like I just magically appeared (why did that make me want lucky charms Ha magically delicious). She starts to make the left turn and thank God I hit my brakes cause if NOT I would still be downstairs exchanging insurance info.


SO I am down 4.6 lbs from last week but since I gained 1.6 from the week before technically I only lost 3lbs but hey that is still good in my book =)

NOW to my eats

Last night I had a quick small dinner before the class: 100 calorie ww bagel with swiss and turkey pastrami and one scoop of light muscle milk



This morning post workout, I had 1 scoop of light muscle milk



And right now I am eating: grapes, 100 calorie WW bagel with smear of TJ almond butter and my regular coffee



This morning I did 30 minutes of Jillians boost your metabolism and 5 min stretch; 322 calories
Do you guys have any fun plans this weekend??? Tonight I am going to family movie night at my nieces school, I think we are watching "Highchool Musical part 3". I think I might take some "shots" before the movie hahahahaha
