Another Rainy day....

Seriously I think the term April Showers is in full effect this year lol...it has been so hard to get up lately, it is always dark and rainy in the mornings blah. Not for nothing but I think I understand why the suicide rate is so high in Seattle, all this rain is depressing!

Ayer for lunch I had 100 calorie WW bagel with Swiss Cheese, Pastrami Seasoned Turkey, an orange, and 1/2 cup edamame.

Last night when I got home from work I did 30 day Shred level 1 with 8lb weights, 2 mile Start Walking, and 100 situps; total of 65 minutes and burned 550 calories.

For dinner I made Chicken Stirfry with 1/2 cup brown rice and for dessert I had a Weight Watchers Chocolate Fudgecicle

I was still hungry later in the evening so I snacked on some PB Puffins with Tea

This morning I almost slept in again but I managed to drag myself out of bed and did 30 day Shred level 2 with 8lb weights, 50 situps, and stretch, total 35 minutes and burned 277 calories.

After my workout, I drank one scoop of light Muscle Milk

I have a question for my fellow "shredders". Do you guys think level 2 is harder than level 3? I feel like level 2 really kicks my butt. Level 3 is great but I get through it easier....

For Bfast I am having grapes, with Dannon FF activia and Kashi Granola and my usual coffee.

Today is my mom's bday woohooo! I brought her Cardio Twister =). We were supposed to go out to eat but she has a really bad cold so we might just get some takeout for tonight and go out another night when she can actually enjoy the meal.
