Day of rest.....

Goodmorning everyone! I am having a fabulous morning so far...this morning I went to Yoga and had a great session...I feel so limber; I burned 250 calories in class and a total of 292 cals walking there and back.


Last night I could not relax because I felt like I needed to do some sort of activity before bed and thankfully they were giving total body sculpt on fittv and I burned 351 calories. Not for nothing but I remember those workouts being MUCH harder but I guess after you do Jillian's workouts everything else is a walk in the park lol.


Before leaving to Yoga I had 1 scoop of light muscle milk and right now I just had 2 egg whites with hot sauce, 100 calorie ww bagel with almond butter and a chopped banana and my usual coffee.


I am supposed to go to my little sisters bday party (turning 5) later on but I think I rather stay home and catch up on my dvr shows lol...
