Ayer my family came over and we had Greek food while we watched the movie which I ended up really loving! I have goosebumps just thinking about it, I liked how it all played out in the end. I can't wait to meet my "destiny".
I ended up eating Meatballs, Lemon Potatoes, A piece of my sisters Gyro Meat, some of Hailey's Souvlaki and Fries and salad (all items not in picture). I had every intention just to eat what is in the picture but I kept going back for more lol (oops)
After everyone left I decided to do 35 minutes of light cardio, arms, and abs and burned 198 Calories.
Since we ate dinner VERY early (4:40 PM) I was starving and so began the pitfall =(...I had 2 Small protein Cookies followed by 2 small bowls of PB Puffins with splash of milk. I basically screwed myself over since maƱana is weigh in. I seriously wish I had an "Off" switch
This morning I woke up and tried to undo some of my bad behavior by doing 30 day shred levels 2 and 3 with 5 min stretch and burned 487 calories in 1 hour.
I am going to try my best to eat REALLY REALLY well today so that hopefully the scale stays the same from last week. I don't really expect it to go down but I just don't want to be too high either....wish me luck ha
