Endless Pit Strikes again...

Hey everyone! I am very happy because today is MY FRIDAY! WOOHOOO. I will be taking a 4 day weekend (except for Saturday morning at the gym). I love "Staycations"! I just hope I keep some what busy so that I do not overeat.



Ayer my family came over and we had Greek food while we watched the movie which I ended up really loving! I have goosebumps just thinking about it, I liked how it all played out in the end. I can't wait to meet my "destiny".
I ended up eating Meatballs, Lemon Potatoes, A piece of my sisters Gyro Meat, some of Hailey's Souvlaki and Fries and salad (all items not in picture). I had every intention just to eat what is in the picture but I kept going back for more lol (oops)
My mom made my Wreath and it came out Fabulous! lol
After everyone left I decided to do 35 minutes of light cardio, arms, and abs and burned 198 Calories.
Since we ate dinner VERY early (4:40 PM) I was starving and so began the pitfall =(...I had 2 Small protein Cookies followed by 2 small bowls of PB Puffins with splash of milk. I basically screwed myself over since maƱana is weigh in. I seriously wish I had an "Off" switch
This morning I woke up and tried to undo some of my bad behavior by doing 30 day shred levels 2 and 3 with 5 min stretch and burned 487 calories in 1 hour.
After my workout I drank 1 scoop of light muscle milk
Right now I am eating strawberries, dannon ff activia, and kashi Granola with my usual coffee.
I am going to try my best to eat REALLY REALLY well today so that hopefully the scale stays the same from last week. I don't really expect it to go down but I just don't want to be too high either....wish me luck ha

    Also, how do you get your photos from your cell on to the internet? A few times I've taken photos of meals, but then I can't figure out how to post them on my blog!

  3. Blogger has mobile blogging which I love to use on the weekends. Basically you take the pics via your phone, attach them to an email and send them to blogger and they post directly to your page as a post. The Subject of the email is the title and the body of the email is the body in the post


    But what I normally do when I am a work; I send the pics to my email, save them into a folder and just upload on blogger and then erase them from the folder when I am done =)

  5. good luck in your weigh-in tomorrow! no matter what the numbers are, remember they are just a number and Mari is NOT a number.
    wow...greek food...can you believe I'be never tried them before? I want to, so bad! which is the best tasting?

    Moussaka (lasagna eggplant)
    Spanakopita (spinach pie)
    Dolmadakia (grape leaves)
    Baklava (this is dessert; phyllo stuffed with almonds and walnuts and with honey)


    Damn that made me hungry!
