Evening Wrap Up.....

hey everyone....I just wanted to catch up before heading to bed.....After work, I ran a few errands and when I finally got home, I ate dinner which was followed by a Weight Watcher fudgecicle and a 100 calorie pack of popcorn.


I was planning to do "Start Walking" but lost the urge so instead I did 30 mins of my own cardio routine and 100 situps while I watched "America's Next Top Model" and burned 314 cals. Nothing like skinny bitches to motivate you haha.


Mañana I work at the gym and then after that I will be meeting my amiga to have lunch in the park...it is going to be in the 80's!!!!!!! Woohoo......

  3. Do you know about the "Walk Away the Pounds" series by Leslie Sansone? She now teamed up with Exercise TV and made "Start Walking"...it is a great cardio when you can't head outside or don't have a cardio machine at home...and if you add light handweights it increases your HR. I always try to amp it up when I do it. Like if she is walking, I jog or when she does side steps, I do iceskaters =)
