Last night before class I had an open faced sandwich made with a 100 calorie ww bagel with swiss and pastrami seasoned turkey and washed it down with 1 scoop of light muscle milk.
Class was great as usual but too short! For some reason she stopped 15 mins early, I burned 518 calories. When I got home I did yoga and 100 situps and burned 151 calories.
This morning I tried to workout again but after doing 20 minutes and only burning about 80 calories I ended up quitting and just ate bfast. I ate 2 eggwhites with hot sauce, 100 calorie ww bagel with rf cream cheese, an orange and my usual coffee.
I just finished doing the new Walk Away the Pounds wkout on Exercise on Demand. I like the fact that she is alone in the studio instead of her other DVD's with all those annoying people (I would watch them on mute). I did the 3 mile workout followed by 100 situps and stretch and burned 358 calories.
I should be getting ready to go to my mom's house but I have no oomph to even get up....I really hope that this is not how all of Spring and Summer will be.
