Ayer was a complete washout in terms of workouts. I took the day off unless you count going to three different supermarkets including TJ's and then the vet to get my dog's meds.....
Food was okay but not great....for lunch I had carrot soup with crackers and half a ww wrap with chicken salad, lettuce, and yogurt dill dressing. I snacked on pita chips, 2 skinny cow truffles (made my throat happy ha) and dinner was a personal pan pizza with cinnapie.
This morning for bfast I had a 100 calorie ww bagel with almond butter and banana, an orange, and my regular coffee.
I am debating if I should workout today since I still feel like crap....maybe I will do Walk Away the Pounds.
