Happy Hump Day!

Good morning everyone! I hope you all had a great Tuesday. Ayer was pretty brutal in my office; our AC broke down and it was around 90 degrees in here! woah momma lol but at least I DID get to leave at 4 lol...


For lunch I had a WW wrap with grilled shrimp, lettuce, tomatoes, pimentos, and mayo basil pesto.
When I got home I worked out for 1 hr and 45 minutes and OMG it was soooo hot! I still have not put my AC in the window so I just had the fan blowing hot air on me lol. I did Jillian's No More Trouble Zone, 3 mile Start Walking, and 100 situps and burned 830 calories.
For dinner I made Chicken Stirfry with 1/2 cup of brown rice and for dessert I cooled off with a WW Fudgecicle
I have come to the conclusion that my morning workouts are not WORKING out lol. It has been harder and harder for me to wake up to do an hour. I decided that I will just squeeze in 30 minutes in the morning and then make up the rest in the evening. This morning I did 30 Day Shred Level 2 and 50 situps; burned 258 calories. After my workout I drank 1 scoop of Light Muscle Milk
Right now I am eating Grapes, Kashi Granola, and Dannon FF Activia, and my usual coffee
I still have no car =(

  2. Crazy calorie burn stats! All I did was eat that amount for dinner last night! To each her own, right?

  3. Thanks for the add on Foodbuzz! It's wicked hard for me to motivate enough to do a workout in the morning too, I have to make time after I get done with work.
