Just Add Weights....

I am still feeling like crap (super stuffed up) but needed to workout because I have been snacking on Robin Eggs all day. I decided to do the 3 and 2 mile Start Walking at Home wkouts while holding 3lb weights the whole time followed by 100 situps and stretch; total of 1.5 hrs and burned 758 calories. Just by adding the weights, I managed to keep my hr at 80 to 90 percent and did not even have to do 1 jumping jack lol.


For dinner I made a mashed yam with licbinb, splenda, and cinnamon and a small chicken breast with mesquite seasoning....
