I totally overslept this morning! I did not wake up until 8am and had to be at work at 9 oops...
I managed to behave for the rest of the day ayer. For lunch I made chicken stir fry with brown rice and an orange for dessert
For dinner I was craving bfast food; I had 2 eggwhites with hotsauce, a 100 calorie ww bagel with almond butter and strawberries and for dessert I had 1 scoop of light muscle milk
Before bed I did 25 minutes of Cardio Barre moves and situps and burned 122 calories.
Since I overslept this morning I was not able to workout but I will be hitting the park (if it does not rain) during lunch for a nice long walk =)
Yums I am eating bfast right now...strawberries and grapes with dannon ff activia and Kashi summer berry granola
Hey y'all I am looking to try some new tea and would love to hear what you guys drink. Right now I drink Celestial Seasonings Lemon Tea but I want to branch out..I used to drink a spicy apple one that I loved too... what do you guys drink?????
