Whenever I am home bored watching tv I always tend to eat everything I can put my hands on and basically ruin all my hard work ....

I had every single intention to eat great this evening. I made myself a healthy dinner which was chicken with ww pasta, marinara, and rf parm... and then I ended up eating a BOX of 100 calorie packs of hostess cakes which was 6 points in total and THEN 2 fiberone poptarts (pics below)...

I used 17 WW bonus points which is not horrible but is not the best me. I strive to be as good as possible and today was no where near that BUT maƱana is new day to start fresh and I WILL!

you guys don't have to reply to this, I just needed to vent lol...

I have to run downstairs to get laundry, have a great night everyone!

    p.s. maybe you're not eating enough calories that make you crave these sugar? I think you might want to analyze what caused the mini "binge" in the first place. good luck!
