TGIF (Kinda)

It is never truly TGIF for me since I work mañana lol but hey at least it is only 4 hrs =)

I am soooo sore this morning, Zumba kicked my ass last night even though she cut it short AGAIN! the class was only 45 minutes grrrrr but I managed to burn 545 calories. Before class I had chicken stirfry for dinner (quick and easy)

Ohhh and for lunch I had a 100 calorie ww bagel with swiss, pastrami seasoned turkey, edamame, and an orange. After lunch I went to the park and walked for about 55 minutes and burned 405 calories.

Before Bed last night I did 130 situps in 10 minutes and burned 69 calories

Damn not for nothing but I burned quite a lot of calories ayer, over 1200 calories; including my morning workout too.

This morning I woke up starving but could not really eat anything before my workout since today is weigh in so I just tried to push through it. I did 3 mile Start Walking workout with 3lb weights and burned 397 calories in 45 minutes.

After my workout, I drank one scoop of light muscle milk

And right now I am eating a banana with Kashi Granola and dannon ff activia and my usual coffee

WEIGH IN! Keep in mind that it's TOM so any loss is okay with me lol I am down .2 is not a lot but when you look at the big picture, I am down 7.2lbs since the beginning of the year.
