Thank you....

I just want to thank everyone for their kind words...it really helped me.


I decided to put ayer behind me and just move on.


I wanted to I have a fun workout this morning and turned to my trusty workout box and pulled 8 random cards and created a fabulous circuit...I did all the cards consecutively 4 times (3 cards had another move in the back). I worked out for an hour and a half and burned 665 calories.


For bfast I had strawberries, grapes, dannon ff activia, and kashi granola with my regular coffee.


Thank you again...you are all wonderful women!
