Up to three packs a day!

Nope not cigs lol! but GUM lol. I noticed that when I chew gum I tend not to over eat. The true test was this weekend. I had gum on hand on Friday and Saturday and ate moderately well but then BOOM Sunday rolls around and I was all out and that is when the Binge began.

The only problem is that I don't chew gum like the average person. I chew it for about 5-10 mins and the minute the flavor starts to fade, I toss it and grab another. I have tried Extra, Orbit, Wrigley's, etc and it is the same with all of them.

I just had lunch which was the same sammich from ayer; pastrami seasoned turkey with swiss cheese and mustard on a 100 calorie WW bagel with an orange on the side, and for dessert I had a bag of Glenny's Soy Chips
I will heading to the Gym after work and hopefully do about 30 minutes on the circuit. I already burned 480 calories this morning so anything else is just "extra"
