I did manage to workout today...I did Jillian's kickboxing dvd, 50 situps, "I want those abs and arms", and "Namaste Yoga": total of 80 minutes and burned 556 calories. I just realized that I did a Jillian workout everyday this week. I think I have a "girl crush" on her HA. Do you think guys get "boy crushes"? They prob would never admit it lol....
Now to my eats, for bfast I had 1 Kashi blueberry waffle and 1 Kashi honey waffle both with TJ almond butter and Tollhouse chips and my usual coffee. And for lunch I had an orange with Dannon ff Activia and sprinkle of Kashi Granola and a 100 calorie ww bagel with swiss cheese, pastrami seasoned turkey, and mustard.
