Where is my hug, Bob???

This morning I needed a hug from Bob when I stepped off the scale lol...I wanted him to tell me that it is okay and it well get better but what I really wanted to hear him say was "did you do everything you needed to do, did you get on that scale with no regrets?" and guess what? nope I did not. I let myself be drawn into 3 slices of Carvel Cake when one slice would have done just fine. I let myself have a huge diner burger with fries and onion rings on Sunday. I let myself just eat what I wanted and not think of the consequence and the consequence is that I am 2.4lbs up this week. And that's that lol....Next week will be better...Like Sarah said (seesaraheat) "number alone does not equal my happiness".

Ayer for lunch I had a 100 calorie WW bagel (predictable) with Swiss Cheese, Pastrami Seasoned Turkey, and mustard, strawberries, and 1/2 cup marinated artichoke hearts

After I ate, I headed to the park and walked around for about 45 minutes and burned 294 calories.

For dinner I was craving some sort of dessert lol, which turned out to be 2 Kashi Honey waffles with TJ almond butter, Toll house milk chocolate chips, and a chopped banana

Made it into a sandwich yuuuuuuuuuuums

In the evening I did "Boost your metabolism" 100 situps and stretch, total 65 minutes and burned 601 calories.
This morning I did a quick workout; Jillian's Kickboxing DVD; total 25 minutes and burned 244 calories. After my workout I had 1 scoop of light muscle milk
Right now I am eating grapes with Dannon ff Activia and Kashi granola and my usual coffee
I hope this weekend I am able to stick to my points and not overeat because I really think the weekends are destroying my weight loss goals (((((fingers crossed))))))
