Wild Flower....

I had an interesting ride into work this morning. The driver and I were talking about relationships etc and he described women as "Wild Flowers" and how when you grow a Wild Flowers you have to know how much water and sun it needs because they are all different just like women are. He said that most men do not take the time to learn about their women from the inside out and they don't know how to make her love grow and nourish her. I really liked the way he described it. I need to find a man that knows how to handle me because if not he might do more harm than good. Oh and he said that he could tell that I was a "keeper"... and I asked him to put that in writing or send out a mass email =)

Now to my eats...Ayer before lunch, I snacked on an shrimp roll and it was delish!

For lunch I had my regular 100 calorie WW bagel with Swiss Cheese, Pastrami Seasoned Turkey and Mustard.

For dinner I made a quick Chicken Stirfry, this time with just garlic and chili bean sauce (I LOVE IT SPICY); no teriyaki sauce. Mixed with 1/2 cup brown rice. And for Dessert I had 2 WW Fudgecicles.

After dinner I did my own routine of cardio (plyometrics), abs including 100 situps, and a Yoga stretch while I watched Biggest Loser and burned 424 calories in one hour.
This morning I did 30 Day Shred Level 3, 50 situps, and stretch; total of 35 minutes and burned 266 calories.

Post Workout Snack; 1 scoop of light Muscle Milk
And for Bfast I had Dannon FF Activia mixed with Grapes and Kashi Granola and my usual coffee (can anybody say "Groundhog Day?")
