007....

Last night I finally watched the season finale of Grey's Anatomy and I can't believe that's how it ended! I cried as if IIIII lost a close friend. I had a feeling that Meredith
knew the John Doe but I assumed it was her dad since George was supposed to be working ((((sniff sniff))))...I already watched the finale 3 times lol.


Now to my Eats and Workout. Last night before bed, I did 50 mins of Kettlebell, Cardio, and 100 Situps and burned 318 Calories.


This morning I did 20 minutes of Kickboxing and burned 182 Calories. For Breakfast I ate a Kashi Trailmix Bar with my usual Coffee. I worked out again at the Gym; I did the Circuit and 100 Situps and burned 382 Calories.


I had to run errands after work and by the time I got home at 4, I was STARVING! I was craving a Tuna Fish Sandwich. This is my tuna recipe...Lime Juice squeezed on Bumble Bee Solid White Albacore Tuna, Chopped Onion, Chopped Tomato, 2 TBSP of Mayo, and 1 packet of Splenda. I mixed everything together and scooped it on a toasted 100 Calorie WW bagel. The Tuna makes 2 servings so I will most likely eat the rest for dinner.

As you all know, I love love love icecream and todays icecream of choice was Edy's Loaded Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough which is 140 calories and 4.5g of fat per serving (1/2 cup). This is definately very yummy.
