Bad Habit....

This morning when I was driving to work, I realized that I have a horrible habit...whenever I am driving and a song that I really like comes on, I tend to close my eyes and pretend I am dancing at a club...I noticed that I have been doing this more and more often, usually when I am in the highway and traffic is light...Now I don't close them for like 5 minutes lol but for about a second or two which seems like nothing but when you are driving a second can change your life. What bad habit do you have that is NOT related to food/fitness?


Did ya'll watch Biggest Loser??? SPOILER ALERT! I am so happy that another woman won, even though I wish it were Tara. My mom and I kept calling each other every time someone would weigh in lol...she was like this is the Year of the Viejos (old people). I can't believe that they dragged it out for 3 hours! I wanted to go to bed so bad but I knew that if I missed it "Live" someone would spoil it for me today which would have been true cause I already heard it about 5 times on various radio stations and television shows that Helen won. I am actually recording Helen and Jillian this morning on NBC..



Now to my Eats and Workouts
Ayer when I got home from work, I did Start Walking 2 mile and burned 313 calories.
For Dinner I made brown rice and black beans with onions and peppers. I usually buy canned black beans but my mom is always telling me to use the bag ones so she soaked the beans for me and froze them so I just had to defrost and add my ingredients and to tell you the truth; you can REALLY notice the difference (WAY less salty)
1/2 cup brown rice and 1/2 cup of beans etc
After dinner I rushed to mom's house to pick up my niece to take her to Yoga and then we had to run to my dad's house to pick up my insurance card for my car and then go BACK to my mom's house to drop off my niece (my sis was away on business so my mom was watching lil lady and jasper jasp)
This morning I finally woke up with no problem. I am starting to think that the amount of time I sleep is what is making it hard for me to wake up. When I sleep more than 8 hours it is harder for me to get up but last night I went to bed at 11:30 and I woke up at 6:30 with no problem hmmm...does this happen to anyone else?
I did Jillian No More Trouble Zone DVD and 50 situps and burned 412 Calories
Post workout: 1 Scoop of LMM
And right now I am eating, Dannon FF activia, Kashi Granola, and Grapes with my usual coffee
