Wow I finally made it! lol....I have been so busy today that I thought I would not be able to post today. AND it is not going to slow down anytime soon. After work, I have to rush home and do a quick workout, dinner will be light muscle milk and then I have to go pick up my niece and take her to Yoga. Even though I am not going to MY classes for a bit, I am still going to take her to hers b/c she should not suffer because her "titi" is broke lol..I rather eat bread and water instead of letting her down...bad enough that she could not go last week cause I had no car.
This morning I totally slept in AGAIN. I think I am going to have to start cutting my sleeping pills down to just half because when I take the full dosage, I barely make it out of bed. I did not get up until 8:10! oops....
This morning for Breakfast, I had an orange and a 100 calorie WW Bagel with TJ almond butter and my usual coffee.
For Lunch I just had a Cuban Sandwich with no Roast Pork and on a WW Wrap with a side of fries...they sent way too many so I just had a few and gave the rest to my boss.
Lunch was heavier then usual, only because I know I am not going to have time to eat anything later beside 2 scoops of light Muscle Milk and maybe some grapes.
Workouts have been pretty good; ayer I did 65 minutes of Cardio, Toning, Kettlebell, 100 situps, and stretch and burned 441 calories. I am hoping to squeeze in 30 minutes when I get home from work and another 30 minutes tonight while I watch Biggest Loser.
Ugh let me get back to work...I already have a voicemail ha...
