Finally!

Sorry for being MIA for so long...I have been busy and didn't get a chance to log on etc...I wont bore you with ALLLLLLLL my eats from the last few days =)


This morning I slept in YET again! Mainly because I knew my boss was going to be out of the office this morning so I brought in my Resistance Bands to do some toning here =)


For Breakfast I had my usual 100 calorie WW bagel with 1tbsp of Almond Butter, Grapes, and my regular coffee




I did 35 minutes of toning with my Resistance bands, 50 situps and burned 227 Calories





For Lunch I had a Cuban Sandwich with no pork and on a Whole Wheat Wrap and a side of Chips



Ugh Crisis in the office...gotta go...
