It is pretty humid out here today which makes working out really gross. I did 40 mins of Kettlebell and light cardio and burned 271 cals. After that I walked around for 15 mins to run some errands and burned 106 calories.
Todays eats are pretty lame and bland lol....for breakfast I had 2 Kashi waffles with Lite syrup and for Lunch I had a 100 calorie WW bagel with Swiss cheese, Pastrami Seasoned Turkey, and mustard and I washed it down with 1 scoop of light Muscle Milk.
