Lets Rewind to ayer...I woke up bright and early to get a good workout in since I was going to watch my niece, I wanted to get it out of the way. I did the warm up, cardio, arms, core, and cool down from the "Women's Health" DVD and burned 466 calories
For Breakfast I had a 100 Calorie WW bagel with Almond butter, an Orange, and my usual coffee.
My niece and I snacked on some Popcorn while we built a bird house
Arts and Crafts with "Lil Lady"

For Dinner I made another Pita Pizza! This time with Pepperoni, Red Pepper, Onion, Marinara, and Part Skim Mozzarella
And for Dessert, I had more of the Edy's Ice Cream
I actually ate 3 servings of this before the night was over which was not SO bad since each serving is only 140 calories and I stayed within my Calories for the day.
Before bed I did some Yoga with John (Legend), Adele, and Duffy...it was so nice to just put music on and just "feel" the movement of each pose. I burned 212 calories in 50 minutes.
I am really proud of myself! This weekend I stayed within my Calorie intake range! NO BINGES!!!!
And now to today...
For Breakfast, I had a repeat from ayer:
I am not sure if this is related to Iron loss or whatever but for some reason I usually crave a burger or steak during TOM. Today I ordered a well done Cheeseburger and fries from the Greek Restaurant and it tasted like I was at a bbq with friends. Fast food places can not compare to the taste of a fresh burger. I only ate 1/2 the fries which were equally as good (very crispy)
