Mexican Pizza...

When I was about 7 years old my dad purchased a brand new minivan. He LOVED this car! he basically "tricked" it out with a nice stereo etc. One day when he got back from detailing it, we all went for a ride; we were hungry so decided to go into Taco Bell to grab some food and head home. For some reason I really wanted a Mexican Pizza probably because I LOVED pizza and wanted to try something new. My dad WARNED us not to take any of the food out until we got home so we wouldn't drop anything inside the car. Now I was a very inquisitive child and basically had no patience (ADD) and I wanted to take a sneak peak at my MEXICAN PIZZA! The music was blasting so I knew he would not hear me opening the bag and I KNEW I would not drop it, in MY head my dad was just being a brat with his new "toy". I could not take it anymore and needed to look at it, so I sneaked the mini pizza box out of the bags and began to open it and in one split second, I lost balance and "SPLAT" it fell FACE DOWN on the beige rug! My dad heard the noise and looked to the back and there was my pizza on the floor. He pulled over to the side of the highway and let's just say he was not happy. He proceeded to pick off the crust, meat, tomatoes, gooey cheese etc....and the whole time he was just staring at me with murder in his eyes. That was the ONE and ONLY time I ever had a Mexican Pizza; the whole experience made me very traumatized lol...




Now you are asking "why the hell did she feel the the need to share this with me?". Last night I was planning to make a Burrito for dinner with brown rice, the beans I cooked the day before, Seasoned Chicken strips, and RF mozzarella on a WW Pita. After I took it out of the Oven I failed to take into account that the Pita would harden and leave me with this....
MEXICAN PIZZA! With the first bite I took, all the memories of that day in my dad's car flooded back and it made me laugh. I still Love pizza and my dad still loves his cars =)
Now to the rest of my eats...
Ayer for Lunch I had a WW Wrap with Grilled Shrimp, Pimentos, Tomatoes, Lettuce, and Mayo basil pesto.
When I got home I did 25 minutes of Cardio and 50 situps and burned 224 Calories.
After I ate my pizza last night, I was craving something sweet so I cooked an Orange in 1 tbsp of LICBINB and Splenda, topped it with Dannon FF Activia, and Sprinkled Kashi Granola on top.
This morning I did 2 mile Start Walking, 50 situps, and stretch; burned 288 calories
Post workout Snack; 1 scoop of LMM
And for Breakfast I had a 100 calorie WW bagel with TJ Almond Butter, Grapes, and my usual coffee
I am having the worse cramps right now and I'm really regretting coming into work lol...
