Ayer I took my sisters and niece to the park for a picnic. We had a lot of fun for the most part =)

While I was there I had another piece of the leftover Italian Hero and grapes with oranges. I should have packed better because my little sister (2 yrs old) basically ate my entire orange lol


After the picnic, we went back to my dad's house; while I was there I drank a Starbucks Frappuccino and ate a really REALLY burnt hotdog.
After leaving there I just wanted to crash on my couch and watch my DVR shows. For dinner I had 1/2 cup brown rice and 1/2 cup black beans with onions and pepper and of course more ice cream. I think by the end of the night, I had 4 servings of ice cream (blame it on the heat lol)
Workout:
When I woke up ayer I did 3 mile Start Walking, Strength Training focused on Back, 100 situps and burned 574 calories in 1.5 hrs.
OIKOS
I finally tried Vanilla Oikos ayer for breakfast and I found it VERY tart...do you guys add splenda or honey to it? I loved the texture but just wished that I did not make a "sour face" every time I ate some lol. I did however like tossing my grapes in it, the blend of the two flavors was pretty good. I will definately be trying more the of the flavors and I will mix it with other things...oh with Kashi Granola!
This morning for Breakfast I had a 100 calorie WW bagel with Jif PB, an orange, and my usual coffee.
I guess I should start working since I am leaving at 3 lol...
Oh BTW, did anyone watch Jon & Kate plus 8???? it was pretty sad to watch...but honestlyI think she brought this on...anyone who watches the show on a regular basis has said out loud "one day he is going to get tired of her crap" and it looks like he did
