Skinny Fat...

Ayer in Zumba I saw first hand what "Skinny Fat" really means. I was in class and these three young thin girls walked in and my first thought was "Great these skinny b*tches are probably super athletic". The class started off fine and like 10 minutes into it, they were dropping like flies! One was complaining the whole time and whining that she wanted to leave, another one kept stopping to drink water, and the one next to me, held her own but her two sorority sisters (they were wearing tshirts with Greek Letters, thank god they were NOT in my sorority) were bringing her down. By the end of the class they were DEAD and here I am feeling alive! So yes I have a couple of pounds to shed but I love that I am a HEALTHY ATHLETIC WOMAN! (Hear me ROAR)

Ohh and here is the best part; the one that was the WORST actually went up to the instructor after class and asked her where she got Certified because she is interested in becoming a trainer.

Eats and Workouts:
Lunch ayer was a Salad made up of Lettuce, Tomatoes, Pimentos, Marinated Artichoke, 4 grilled Shrimp, Mozzarella Cheese, and Mayo Basil Pesto on the side
When I got home; I had a quick dinner before heading out to Zumba. I had 1 cup of Black Beans with Onions and Peppers and a stick of Part Skim Mozzarella
Protein Day was a success!
In Zumba I worked out for 55 minutes and burned 613 Calories. I love that class!
It worked! Last night before heading to bed, I moved my cell phone aross the room so I would have to get out of bed to shut it off when my alarm went off and it actually worked (for now lol). It took me a bit to fully wake up but eventually I did =). I did Boost Your Metabolism for 40 minutes, 50 situps, and stretch and burned 386 Calories.
In the middle of my workout, I felt VERY Sluggish and tired so I stopped and had 1 scoop of light muscle milk and that did the trick
Hey I am going to buy some more LMM today, has anyone tried the Vanilla or any other flavors?? I want to get Chocolate and perhaps one more flavor since they are on sale for $24.99 at GNC woohoo =)
For breakfast I had a 100 calorie WW Bagel with 1 tbsp of PB, an Orange, and my usual coffee
BTW I hope no one takes offense to my Skinny Fat comment....I just wanted to point out that Skinny does not always equal healthy!
