Sleepy Saturday

I finally got home from the gym and all I want to do is sleeeeeeeeeep. I have a great breeze coming in to my living room and it feels great. I barely slept last night; the building across the street had a really bad fire on the first floor and it took the firefighter about 3 hrs to finally clear everything out.


Today I worked out at home and at the gym. At home I did 20 mins of cardio and 50 situps (211 calories) and at the gym I did the circuit and 50 more situps (372 calories)


Breakfast One was 1 scoop of Light Muscle Milk. Breakfast Two was a 100 calorie WW Bagel with TJ Almond Butter.


And for Lunch I just made a Tuna Fish sandwich with Bumble Bee Solid White Albacore Tuna, Onions, Tomato, 1 tbsp of Mayo, Lime Juice, and a WW Pita. And for dessert, I tried a new Edy's Ice Cream "Caramel Cone Crunch". I think they created another winner lol.
