This morning I woke up and the sun was shining and I knew it was going to be a GOOD DAY! I worked out etc and got ready for work...I walk out my building with a little bounce to my step and BOOM it is gone! "Where is my Car?" Looking around confused "I am certain I parked it RIGHT HERE! Walk down the block just in case I made a mistake but NOTHING... "Was it Stolen? Who the hell will steal a 99 Neon?" ((((thinking thinking thinking....CALL DADDY!)))))) "Daddy did you forget to pay your tickets again?" "Huh why?" "cause my car is gone and I think it was towed" "Crap yea I did". THIS IS THE NORM for my dad; he gets tickets and never pays them until one of the cars is towed and 80 percent of the time it is MINE!...To be honest I am happy it was towed and NOT stolen since I just put over $1000 into it. He is hopefully going to pick it up today or tomorrow until then he is my personal chauffeur. I could be upset about this but at this point so much crap has been going on that I just find it comical
Now to my Eats and Workouts
Ayer when I got home from work I did my own routine which consisted of Cardio, Plyometrics, Upper Body, 100 Situps, and Stretch and burned 528 calories.
I still had a migraine so I was not in the mood to cook dinner so I just ate a plate of hors d'oeuvre lol...Melba Cracker, Grapes, Part Skim Mozzarella and Pepperoni

and 2 bowls of Edy's Loaded Cookie Dough Ice Cream
This morning I did Jillians Kickboxing and 100 situps and burned 291 Calories.
Post Workout Snack: 1 scoop of Light Muscle Milk
And the 3rd time is a Charm for Breakfast lol; 100 calorie WW bagel with TJ Almond Butter, an orange, and my usual coffee
