What do you cuddle up with at night????

Another busy day on my end....and I am so sleepy too ((((yawn)))). I tried to go to sleep early but when I went to bed, I decided to read a chapter from my book and 1 chapter turned into 2 and then 3 lol...Right now I am enjoying "Shopaholic and Sister" from the Shopaholic Series by Sophie Kinsella; I really enjoy the entire series. I am a huge "Chick Lit" fan; What books do you enjoy??

Calorie Counting
With a little help from my friend Mansana (THANKS), I was able to calculate my meals and I ended up eating around 1450 calories...I would have thought it was more. I am enjoying counting cals and will most likely switch over from Weight Watchers; I like knowing exactly what I am burning and what I am consuming. I am going to try to stay between 1500-1700 Calories and burn an average of 500 a day.

Eats and Workouts
For Lunch ayer I ordered a Whole Wheat Wrap with grilled shrimp, lettuce, tomatoes, pimentos, and mayo basil pesto (400 calories)

When I got home I did 2 mile Start Walking and burned 267 Calories.

For dinner I made Whole Wheat Pasta with a dab of LICBINB, and "Ragu" Tomato Garlic and Onion Marinara with a lightly breaded baked Chicken in McCormick Lemon Pepper Seasoning(I added grated RF Parm; total 485 calories)

After dinner I wanted something sweet so I had 1 scoop of Light Muscle Milk (97.5 cals)

This Morning I did 30 day Shred Level 2 and 50 situps and burned 298 calories.

Post workout snack: 1 scoop LMM

AND Finally Breakfast lol...I had Dannon FF Activia with 1/2 cup Kashi Granola and Grapes and my usual coffee (475 calories)

I am getting good at this Calorie thing ha

  1. I think that is great and 1500-1700 is a good range too. Even though I'm trying not to be a counter anymore, I did it for a long time and it really does help the weight come off. Just be careful you don't get totally consumed with it. Best wishes :)

  3. I love chick lit books, too, and enjoyed every single one of the Shopaholic series, though most of the time I just wanted to strangle that girl!
    calorie counting can be beneficial, but I warn you not to get too obsessed about it! our diet is more than just numbers...there's a lot of things to our bodies that science can't explain! but I do hope they will be helpful to you for the time being and help you learn to eat intuitively soon!
