
Calorie Counting
With a little help from my friend Mansana (THANKS), I was able to calculate my meals and I ended up eating around 1450 calories...I would have thought it was more. I am enjoying counting cals and will most likely switch over from Weight Watchers; I like knowing exactly what I am burning and what I am consuming. I am going to try to stay between 1500-1700 Calories and burn an average of 500 a day.
Eats and Workouts
For Lunch ayer I ordered a Whole Wheat Wrap with grilled shrimp, lettuce, tomatoes, pimentos, and mayo basil pesto (400 calories)

When I got home I did 2 mile Start Walking and burned 267 Calories.
For dinner I made Whole Wheat Pasta with a dab of LICBINB, and "Ragu" Tomato Garlic and Onion Marinara with a lightly breaded baked Chicken in McCormick Lemon Pepper Seasoning

After dinner I wanted something sweet so I had 1 scoop of Light Muscle Milk (97.5 cals)

This Morning I did 30 day Shred Level 2 and 50 situps and burned 298 calories.
Post workout snack: 1 scoop LMM

AND Finally Breakfast lol...I had Dannon FF Activia with 1/2 cup Kashi Granola and Grapes and my usual coffee (475 calories)

I am getting good at this Calorie thing ha
