




Eats and Workouts
Last night for Din Din, I made tuna fish sandwiches. I used Bumble Bee White Albacore Tuna, Mayo, Small Tomato, Lemon Juice, and Packet of Splenda. I mixed everything together and put it on a toasted 100 calories WW Bagel


I was still hungry so I had a Nature Valley Trailmix Bar, I really love these. They really satisfy my sweet tooth.

Later in the Evening I was STILL hungry (TOM) so I had two Tbsp's of Peanut Butter

Before bed I did 40 minutes of Namaste Yoga and burned 113 Calories.
This morning I got to sleep in since the event started at 9am and the school is like a 5 minute drive from my house =) (Parking SUCKS though)
I did 3 Mile Start Walking but made some changes to really amp the calorie burn and also did 100 situps and burned 397 Calories. After I was done I made a Smoothie which consisted of 4 Strawberries, 2 scoops of Vanilla Light Muscle Milk,1 Packet of Splenda, and Water.

I snacked on some fruit at the school.

they had cookies and Munchkins but I resisted the urge lol
Right now I am eating lunch which is a side salad with, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Olives, Pimentos, Mozzarella Cheese, and Pancetta
