Day 4 of Challenge

I picked a really crappy week to do this challenge lol TOM+Rain= No motivation to get up. This morning the alarm went off at 6:10 and I did not roll out of bed until 6:30 which still gave me enough time to meet my challenge. I did Jil Jil's 30 day Shred Level 2 followed by her Kickboxing DVD and then ended with 50 situps and burned 497 Calories. After my workout I had 1 scoop of chocolate Light Muscle Milk.
Rest of my Eats:
Ayer after Lunch, I had the rest of my Hot and Sour Soup
For Din Din I had a bowl of Black beans with Onion, Pepper, and Sweet Potato
All day at work I was craving Oikos Honey Greek Yogurt so I just had to have some for dessert.
Later in the evening I had 2 tbsps of PB
I was planning to just relax for the rest of the evening but then I started watching "So You Think You Can Dance" and watching skinny girls with great abs motivated me to workout again lol. I warmed up for 10 mins with my kettlebell and then did 25 mins of abs and back and burned 185 Calories.
This morning for Breakfast I had 1 cup of 1% Cottage Cheese, an Orange, and my usual coffee

  2. April- Are you a calorie counter too when you workout??? I am SUPER ANAL about that lol...I wear my polar for ALL my workouts lol
