Derailed Challenge... (Almost)

I wish I could come here and say that the challenge has become easier but that would be a lie. Between this crappy weather (5 days straight of rain) and TOM, I have had a hard time getting up...BUT I DID! (kinda). This morning my alarm went off at 6am and I hit snooze until 6:45 oye. The PLAN was to do Boost Your Metabolism and maybe some Yoga but it did not turn out that way. Instead I did 40 mins of Boost Your Metabolism and 50 sit ups and burned 406 Calories. I feel like I should have made my challenge to wake up at 6:20 instead of working out for 45 minutes because I feel like I am still "sleeping in". Maybe I am being too hard on myself. I can't wait for the time to change again lol.

Last night I did not go to Zumba; as you all know I suffer from Migraines but I also get Menstrual Migraines which are horrible and it has been pretty bad for the past 2 days.

Eats:
Last night for Din Din, I made a Smoothie and it was sooooo good! I froze the Strawberries prior to making it so that it would be super thick and it was perfect! I had to use a spoon =) (and yes that IS "I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here" on my TV)

After Dinner I was still a little hungry so I snacked on some Pepperoni


This morning after my workout, I had one scoop of Chocolate Light Muscle Milk


Right now I just finished Breakfast which was grapes, Oikos Blueberry Yogurt, and my Usual Coffee


Oikos Review:
When I first opened it I thought they messed it up since all I saw when I took the top off was plain yogurt but then I started to mix it around and found the Blueberry at the bottom. I really liked how thick this was and the taste was not overpowering. This container had 120 Calories, 0g of Fat and 13 g of Protein. I will pick this one up again. Btw has anyone tried the new Strawberry Oikos?? I am going to look for that one next.


Weigh In:
I was hesitant to weigh myself today since I was up last week but I was pleasantly surprised; I dropped 2.4lbs which brings me right back where I was two weeks ago =). I hope this will not be a trend; up one week and down the next...I want to have a steady loss.

Is anyone else watching "I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here"??? I think Janice Dickinson has lost her mind!

  2. You are doing so great, don't be so hard on yourself! Congrats on the loss too. I think its a combination of your morning workouts and fighting through those temptations.

    Janice Dickinson scares me, haha. I don't watch the show but I'm just remembering America's Next Top Model and all that ;-)

    Sarah- she has gone NUTS! like she steals food and pretends it was not her AND she peed in the middle of the night right in front of her bed and a hidden camera caught her! she is B A N A N A S!

  6. Janice Dickinson has always been insane in my mind. I really don't like a fake, botoxed face.
    Anyway, you ARE being too hard on yourself! you've done a great job, so celebrate! I get up at the earliest 8 in the morning, lol.
