Holas!

Hey everyone! Happy Hump Day =) I hope you are all having a great day...I have been a little stressed out lately because of my job (things are not looking too good on this end). I am just trying to remain positive but I am doing a crappy job at that lol..My sister took me out to eat ayer, hoping to make me feel better but I was horrible company (sorry Jen)


Eats:
Ayer for Lunch my boss decided to eat a yogurt so we didn't order out so I heated up my back up LC Meal and it tasted like CRAP!

I rarely EVER use a microwave to cook these because it turns out looking like that. I took one bite and threw it away. Thank God that I had some Honey Nut Cheerios in the office


I ended up eating two of these containers for Lunch.


After work, I met my sister and we went to eat at the diner again. I could not make up my mind on what to order so I got a BLT on Whole Wheat Bread and a cup of French Onion Soup (only ate 1/2 of the soup)




Jenn was still feeling bad for me, so she ran into the bakery and got me my fave!

(I heart these so much)


Later in the Evening I ate a Jello Pudding Snack while I watched the Real Housewives of NJ
(DRAMA!)



This morning after my workout I had 1 scoop of Chocolate Light Muscle Milk



For Bfast I had an orange with Oikos Honey Greek Yogurt and my usual coffee



Workouts:
Last night I warmed up for 5 minutes and did 25 mins of abs and burned 171 Calories. This morning I did 45 Mins of "No More Trouble Zone" (skipped one ab circuit and stretch) and burned 310 Calories.
