I Heart Oikos

I am becoming a HUGE Oikos fan! I love that it is so thick and creamy and packed with protein.  This morning for Breakfast I made a Smoothie with frozen Straweberries, 2 scoops of Light Muscle Milk, 1/2 cup of Plain Oikos, and Water...it was so thick that I used a spoon lol.  


Rest of me Eats:

Ayer for lunch I had Greek Meatballs with grilled Veggies and Tzatziki sauce.  For Din din I hade a bowl of Spanish style Black Beans with Onions, Red Peppers, and Sweet Potato and for dessert I ate some Grapes with Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese.  Later in the evening I was still hungry and had more cheese and a Jello Pudding Snack (not pictured)

Workouts
Last night I did the Firm and Burn Crunch Pilates DVD and burned 288 Calories.  Today I did 50 minutes of my own Cardio routine and 15 minutes of abs and burned 509 Calories.

I am still home, waiting for my car to be ready...I think today will be a "personal day"...I can cuddle up with my magazines =)
