Morning Challenge...

I am taking a page from Sara from http://seesaraheat.wordpress.com/ and I am going to do a Weekly Challenge this week. As you all know I have been having struggling lately getting up in the morning to workout so this week my challenge will be to get a minimum of 45 mins done before I leave to go to work. This morning I woke up at 6:20 am WOOHOO and did Jillian's No More Trouble Zone DVD and 50 situps and burned 444 calories!


Eats:
My sis and niece were over my house ayer and we ordered a Pepperoni Pizza Pie with Garlic Knots; I ended up eating 2 slices, 2 knots, and the topping off another slice (I heart "real" pizza slices)
My body was craving something refreshing later in the evening so I threw together 1/2 cup of Oikos Plain Yogurt, with 10 Grapes, and a sprinkle of Kashi Granola
This morning after my workout, I had 1 scoop of Light Muscle Milk
And for Breakfast I just had a 100 Calorie WW bagel with 1 tbsp of PB, Sliced Strawberries, and my usual coffee
