Eats:
Ayer for Lunch, my boss decided not to order out and I refuse to pay for food around here (too expensive) so I had Honey Nut Cheerios lol
For Din Din I made PIZZA PIZZA! I used a WW Pita, Part Skim Mozzarella, Ragu Sauce, Pepperoni, and Garlic Powder. I paired it with a Smoothie made with Strawberries and 2 scoops of Light Muscle Milk.
This Morning after my workout I had 1 scoop of Chocolate Light Muscle Milk
And for Bfast I just had an orange with a 100 Calorie WW Bagel with PB and my usual coffee; iced and with SF Vanilla
Workouts:
Ayer I did 1 Hour of toning, focusing on my abs and back and burned 286 Calories in one hour. This morning I did 30 Day Shred Level 1 & 2 and burned 474 Calories in 55 minutes.
Pet Peeve:
I am seriously stressed about my car and my sister calls me and is like "well if your not going to work, come over to daddy's house, we might go see Transformers! " Like seriously? I am praying to God that my car does not shut off on me in the middle of the highway AGAIN and your talking to me about the movies...(((((sigh)))) I know perhaps she means well but still...
