I just tried Oikos Honey Greek Yogurt and I think I just found my favorite. I will admit that at first I was scared that it would be tart but I was so wrong! I loved the taste of the honey in this yogurt; it was not overly sweet nor sour. You know something is good, when you are using your finger to scoop out what is left inside of the container lol. This yogurt is perfect for my Protein days since it has 13g of Protein per serving. You will definately be seeing this again on my blog =)

Ayer for Lunch I ordered Chinese food. I ordered the Shrimp Lo Mein Lunch Special which comes with Fried rice and I also got some Crab Ragoons(I had 2nds)
For Dinner, I made another Smoothie (I really am loving these) with 2 scoops of Light Muscle Milk and 3 Strawberries
After Yoga, I took my niece back home and my sister was cooking dinner and I could not resist her leftovers lol; Kalabasa Sausage in Marinara Sauce
Last night I did Turbo Jam Cardio Party and 100 situps and burned 501 Calories.
