Oops...

I totally forgot to post my Dinner from last night. I had a Whole Wheat Pita stuffed with Spanish Style Blackbeans, with Onions, Peppers, and Sweet Potatoes, Brown Rice, and Shredded Part Skim Mozzarella.


Yoga was great as usual. She has been really pushing us lately...when I left the class my clothes were soaked. I burned 317 in Class, 137 walking there, and 152 walking home.


My dad had to go to Upstate NY this morning so I got to come back home for Breakfast. I had Grapes, a 100 Calorie WW Bagel with 1 tbsp of PB, and my usual coffee while I watched 90210 =) Not for nothing but Andrea annoys me, she is so needy sometimes lol
